Esk Retreat is a thoughtfully designed nine-bedroom property that offers both independence and a sense of community for our participants. Divided into three tenancies, it provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements that balance personal space with opportunities to build meaningful relationships.

In recent years, the disability space in Australia has seen significant changes, with a strong emphasis on empowering individuals with disabilities. Central to this empowerment is the concept of choice and control. These principles are fundamental in ensuring that people with disabilities have the autonomy and agency to lead lives that are meaningful and fulfilling. We recently ran our first ‘Encourage Dreams Community Grants’ round. The ‘Encourage Dreams Community Grant’ is an exciting initiative by Enriched Care Solutions for people with disabilities, people working in the disability sector and their family members! We are thrilled to announce that Sarah Barrett has received our grant of $1000.00 to encourage her dreams for her business, Sew Accessible. Sew Accessible makes clothing for children who have medical and sensory needs. Her goal is to use the grant money to buy a new machine to keep up with growing demand!
