Our Care Team is a diverse group of Launceston-based Disability Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and Care Coordinators, all of different cultural backgrounds, ages, genders and life experiences. Our team members have passions and skills in horticulture, teaching, creative arts, sports and recreation, natural therapy and cooking! Our staff are encouraged to use their talents to broaden the life experiences of our participants.

The one thing all our team members have in common is the professionalism, care and respect they demonstrate daily to the participants under their care. Our Disability Support team work in collaboration with families, key health professionals and advocates. Using a person centred approach, our disability support staff are committed to enriching our participants lives through our values - encourage dreams, build connections and create solutions.

    Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in Leadership & management as well as HR and business operations. In 2020, Lisa won the Telstra Business woman of the year (Tas medium/large business). Lisa loves working alongside others to help them realise their true potential and enjoys seeing others reach their ultimate goals.

    Alex has extensive experience in change management. Throughout his career, Alex has worked in Hospitality, Training and Development, Agriculture, Tourism, and the Disability Sector. Alex brings passion, knowledge and lived experience to the Enriched Care Solutions team. Alex has a particular passion for people and shaping positive change.

    Tyh has 10 years’ experience in the disability sector and management. She particularly focuses on impacting the lives of participants by empowering staff through culture, learning, and innovation. Tyh is passionate about the sector, and believes well supported staff are the key to effecting positive outcomes in the lives of people living with disability.

    Donna has 20 years of experience in the construction industry in a variety of roles. She brings strong organisational and compliance skills to the Enriched Care team. Donna is passionate about ensuring our participants and staff experience a safe home, care and work environment!

    Nash has over six years’ NDIS-related experience in accounting and finance, holding a degree in the field. Nash brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in financial management and analysis. Nash is dedicated to ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organisation.

    Matthew Pawson

    CHAIRMAN

    Matthew is a consulting commercial lawyer and has been in practice for over 20 years. Specialising in corporate governance, organisational management and training. Matthew has a vision to see Enriched Care Solutions realise its full potential. Matthew is acutely interested in NDIS issues and the care economy, having with his wife, an adult son with Down syndrome in full-time SIL accommodation and related supports.

    Pauline started Enriched Care with her husband, to ensure that ongoing support could be provided for three young men that were in her care as foster children. Pauline has dedicated most of her life to caring for others and is definitely someone our participants and families treasure.
