Transport & mobility
Our participants have access to transport vehicles, including some with wheelchair accessibility. There is ample off-street parking and wheelchair access at our Launceston respite and SIL homes. Enriched Care Solutions also provides specific mobility equipment in our respite and SIL houses that are needed by individual participants to enhance their quality of life.
Family & Advocacy
We support family relationships and with the help of our staff we encourage families to be involved in the care of our participants. Ensuring our participants have regular access to a team of health care professionals and their nominees ensures that there is continual collaboration between all parties that have an interest in our participants’ quality of life, health, happiness and independence. This ensures that we are well placed to advocate for resources and funding to meet our participants’ needs.

Pricing
NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
Enriched Care Solutions aligns our pricing to the most up-to-date NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits guide (previously the NDIS Price Guide).
The NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and Support Catalogue is released at the start of each financial year and updated throughout the year as required.
You should review the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits when updates are released to ensure you are aware of any funding and pricing changes linked to your supports.
Statement regarding NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits (FY24-25)
All current participants and their families/nominees have been made aware that the NDIS has released its new pricing arrangements and price limits, commencing on 1 July 2024.
In accordance with this increase and as part of our service agreement, we will be increasing our charges in line with the new price guide. Price changes will come into effect on 15 July, 2024.
