Enriched Care: Our Values, Role, Purpose & Aims

It’s taken careful thought, collaboration, drafting and re-drafting, but over time the team at Enriched Care Solutions has nailed down the things that make us, ‘us’! Recently our CEO, Lisa McConnon, sat down with our Vision & Values committee to consolidate input from staff and participants alike to inform our ‘Values, Role, Purpose & Aims’ refresh. This document is intended to clearly outline what drives the work we do at Enriched Care, and how this work empowers individuals living with disabilities in Launceston and surrounds to live fulfilling lives.
